Structure: Two-story brick construction
Year of construction: 1902
This two-story brick warehouse was originally constructed in 1902 to serve as a storage facility for the Maizuru Naval Arsenal. It was used to store bullets and rifles until the end of the war, and later served as a warehouse for a private storage company. Currently, the building is used as a gift shop and coworking space. The wooden doorways, stairs, tile roof, and wooden-framed glass windows have been faithfully restored, preserving the atmosphere of the time.
