This two-story brick warehouse was originally constructed in 1902 to serve as a storage facility for miscellaneous items and deposited weapons at the Maizuru Naval Arsenal. It was used as a gun and ammunition depot until the end of the war, and later served as a warehouse for a private storage company.
It is currently used as an event space.
