A water supply facility built in 1901 to secure a large amount of water for the naval district. It consists of two reservoirs: the first reservoir (capacity 2,400m³) and the second reservoir (capacity 2,460m³). The interior consists of the first reservoir, which is made of stone-faced concrete, and the second reservoir, which is made of concrete. Both have a depth of 5.6 meters, and five rows of brick walls known as guide walls. The roof structure was built in 1926, with a Romanesque-style arch above the entrance.
